HAIR!!!

Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. HAIR.   In case you couldn't tell, my post is going to be about hair. I had no idea what to post about, and hair, I decided, was easy for me to post about.

I love my hair. My hair is lovely and wonderful. Also, my parents don't really give a crap about what I do to it. Kind of. They freaked out a little bit when I cut it on my own, but they calmed down and they're fine with it now.

I love to dye my hair. I dye it all the time! Except for now cuz of my job. I've had completely black, red bangs, pink underneath brown, purple underneath, purple and blue underneath, rainbow underneath (yes the whole damn rainbow), purple underneath again, blue underneath, then I dyed it boring brown and it faded to brown with blonde underneath. Yup. That was an adventure.

Once I'm done with work though, I'm going to dye the top brown and underneath I'm going to do red and blue. I think that I'm going to do horizontal stripes. That would look pretty cool. I'm also planning on cutting it all awesome-like. Possibly with swooshy bangs and layers. Ogres have layers. I'm not an ogre. I will have layers though. I hope.

Anyway, I really love hair. I love styling it, playing with it, taking care of it. I just love hair.
I can't wait until I can do cool thing to my hair. In the mean time I have to deal with this:

His Name is Robert Paulson

So according to my friend, my life is now like one of those cheesy romantic 80's movies where the teenagers do cool, fun stuff. I don't know if this is 100% accurate, but I can tell you that my life is kinda like a cheesy romantic movie. Mostly last night. See, I have recently acquired that which others call a "boyfriend." So this so dubbed "boyfriend" took me out last night.

He picked me up at my house and drove us (yes he can drive, don't judge) down to Redstone. We went to Walmart and bought chocolate milk, bubbles, and Sour Patch Kids. After that, we went to the parking garage below Best Buy and drank the chocolate milk. After we drank that, we *gasp* did nothing bad! We got roller blades out of his trunk and went roller blading in the garage while blowing bubbles. It was quite fun.

The bubbles look really cool when you're going really fast on roller blades. After a while we went up to the Best Buy and looked around for a bit. My mom wanted to find a cheap printer/fax machine so she had me scout one out. We got bored pretty quickly and went back downstairs. You'll never believe what happened next. That's right. Absolutely nothing. We ate Sour Patch Kids and went roller blading some more.

After we finished the roller blading we went to Kneaders and got a smoothie. The "boyfriend" tipped the lady there with an origami elephant made out of a dollar bill. It was adorable. So we drank a smoothie and he drove me home. It was nice.

Oh! I almost forgot to mention Robert! So apparently this "boyfriend" dude is really good at claw machines. He played the claw machine and won me a teddy bear who I dubbed 'Robert Paulson' afte the guy in "Fight Club" (great movie by the way). So that my dear readers, is why my friend said my life seems like an 80's movie. Oh well *shrugs*
This be Robert.

I am a Responsible Working Person Now... Ew!

So I actually got a job! Yay for me! I now work at Empire Lodge at Deer Valley bussing tables. That basically means that I take people dishes for them and sort them. Not the best job, but it pays $8.50 an hour, so that pretty good, especially since I work seven hours. I work from 9-4 and it's not actually that bad. Except for a couple things.

First off, the uniform. Like, what the hell is this? Freaking polyester pants that only look fancy, but in reality are cheap as hell. Then there's the fact that they're too big or too small, I can't win! Also, they're really loose everywhere, except the butt. It's like "Hey look at my butt!" Except for the fact that my butt is actually covered by a disgusting, puke-colored vest. Like, what is this? It look disgusting! And the shirts are a giant baggy, button-up, collared shirt. It's weird. I understand that I have to tuck it in, but it's still giant on me, and I have a small! That is why I hate my uniform. It's terrible.

I also have to stand all day which is really annoying and it hurts. Not only do my feet hurt, but I have a bad knee that gets painful when I have to stand too long. It kinda really sucks. Especially since I only get 40 minutes of break in a seven hour day. It kinda sucks and at the end of the day, my knees and feet are killing me. So that kinda sucks.

There are some good things though. For example: I met some really cool friends who work with me. One of them is named Drew. He's really funny and cool. We make jokes and stuff the entire time we're working. Another person is a girl named Nicole. She's from Argentina. She's also really funny. One time at the end of the day when we were cleaning up, Drew and I went upstairs to put the trash and recycle bins where they go at the end of the day and Nicole happened to be upstairs. Drew said something, I forget what, and Nicole started to spray him with the orange cleaner we use for the tables! He started trying to hit her with one of the rags we use to clean the table, and Nicole sprayed him in the ear! His expression was priceless! He wound up smelling like oranges and had a very clean ear...

So like I said, work is hard and annoying, but it can also be really fun if you work with the right people.

Here have a crappy picture I drew...

It's Like Croatoan...

I have an obsession. For the past two or three days, I've been drawing anime things. Mostly couples, but a few single people... I have no idea why this happened... Actually I do, but you don't need to know that. Anyway, I've been drawing them everywhere! Well, almost everywhere. I've even been avoiding paying attention in class by drawing them. I almost missed part of my biology notes because I was so busy drawing a couple hugging! I even finished early in art just so I could draw them. I haven't been doing my homework either because I'm too busy drawing anime!

Aww they're kissing! Kawaii!

Yes. Yes that does say 'Sexy Strippin' Shemales'

Oh hey it's Amanda!

In my sketchbook. (Some of them aren't quite finished...)

On my Spanish Project...

That definitely isn't me hugging a guy...

Science just got a little more interesting!

He just look so shocked to be kissed by a girl!

Not even geography is safe!

I even have a bunch on my wall at home. My entire wall is covered, there's no space left! I can barely even remember what color my wall is, and I wouldn't if it weren't for the small spaces between drawings and pictures. I'm even going to start hanging my art on another wall because I've run out of space on my original art wall. I really have no idea how any of this happened. It's like, one day I'm just sitting in my room, and the next: Bam! I have a bunch of anime everywhere I look! I'm honestly a bit frightened... It's like a virus! It's spreading so fast! I am a diseased person! What have you done to me anime? Why! I can only hope that it leaves me alone soon... I don't want to be sick anymore, as much as I love art, this has to stop soon.
